We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Snaptee.in. Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand our conditions.

Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. No returns will be accepted after the 7-day period.
Valid Reasons for Return:
- Wrong Size Received: If the size delivered does not match your order.
- Wrong Color: If the color of the item differs from what you ordered.
- Damaged or Broken Item: If the product arrives damaged or broken.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If the product delivered is not the item you ordered.

Proof of Issue: To initiate a return, please provide:
- Opening Video: A clear, uncut video showing the parcel being opened for the first time.
- Photographic Evidence: Clear photos of the defect, damage, or wrong item received.
Inspection: All returns will be inspected upon arrival. If the item is found not to meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to decline the return request.

Exchange Only: We offer exchanges only for valid returns, except in cases where a refund is necessary (such as for damaged or wrong items that cannot be replaced).
No Refunds: Refunds will only be provided if a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item is unavailable.

Snaptee.in will not accept returns for any items after the 7-day return period under any circumstances.
